うちの会社は マリタイム ランカ リミテッド(Maritime Lanka Limited. MLL） と 知られている スリランカの労働供給会社 の 中に 有名な 会社です。労働供の 他に 日本国際技術訓練協会（JITCO） に 登録されていて 実習生を 日本に派遣する事も やっています。２００７年に 登録されていて から 今まで MLLが色々職業 関係の 実習生 を 日本に 派遣しています。この事を達成する 為に 経験者は MLLで 勤めて います。

Maritime Lanka Limited (MLL) is one of the reputed companies among manpower supply companies in Sri Lanka. Apart from ordinary manpower supply MLL is engaged in sending technical interns to Japan as a company registered in JITCO programs. Since the registration in 2007 MLL has been sending interns to Japan in various fields. In order to achieve the MLL is equipped with experienced staff.
Sri Lanka surpasses many Asian counterparts for its quality and disciplined workers. We can provide workers to categories such as automotive, electrical, fitting & fabricating, metal forming and machining, maintenance & operation of constructive equipment which are necessary for the industries such as construction, ship repair and ship building and manufacturing.
Although it depends on the vocation the technical interns are selected by a process of interview, practical test, paper test among the candidates who have passed out from the leading technical colleges and gained experience in the industry. As the interns are sent after careful scrutiny of their character the MLL’s work of sending technical interns is going forward without any troubles.
